The villa features 5 bedrooms: 2 double rooms with sea views on the lower floor, 1 room with 3 beds, and 2 guesthouses with private bathrooms—one of which has a private sea-view terrace. There are 4 bathrooms and a fully equipped private kitchen. Enjoy all comforts, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and a laundry area. Airport and Cagliari station shuttle service is available on request for an additional fee.



Outside, you'll find a private garden with stunning sea views, 2 panoramic terraces, and a covered terrace furnished for outdoor dining. The private outdoor pool and hot tub, available from May to September, offer spectacular views of the sea and sunset.
