Segunda vez no Ibis Maragogi. A primeira foi ótima, mas esta foi decepcionante. No checkout apareceu uma cobrança indevida de R$ 66,00 por 5 cocos verdes, supostamente consumidos às 11h48 na mesa 19. Não pedimos coco em nenhum momento. Estávamos apenas em dois adultos e ficamos o dia inteiro na praia. Mesmo assim, a recepção insistiu na cobrança, com total despreparo. O mais constrangedor foi ver outro grupo ter cobranças estornadas imediatamente, enquanto no nosso caso não houve a mesma postura. Além disso, houve falta de padrão nas orientações: fomos informados de que, após o checkout, só poderíamos ficar na praia, não na piscina. Minutos depois, outro grupo foi autorizado a permanecer na piscina sem pagar day use. Experiência ruim por falha no atendimento e tratamento desigual entre hóspedes.

Habitación al lado de una construcción en demolición. Muy muy pequeña para 3 personas. La cena era a la carta muy rico de verdad… pero la entrada y el postre que era buffet no había nada rico ni tampoco mucha variedad. Las instalaciones del hotel estaban muy lindas pero es un hotel muy nuevo por lo tanto es lo esperado. No había opciones de entrenamiento los días lunes y martes no se porque…. El resto no llegué a verlos porque el domingo llegamos tarde y el miércoles era solo karaoke. Me parece que ahí podrían brindar mejor servicio. Carta de tragos pequeña

A administração do hotel precisa urgentemente resolver com os órgãos locais a questão do embarque e desembarque no mar em frente à propriedade. Os "barqueiros" não respeitam as normas marítimas, não há uma area delimitada para as atividades das lanchas e jet ski, colocando em risco a integridade físixa dos hóspedes/ banhistas. No mais, as instalações do hotel são novas e boas, funcionários muito educados e prestativos, refeições deliciosas, uma ótima relação custo-benefício.

O café da manhã era maravilhoso, com profissionais sempre atentos ao que tinha que ser reposto. O buffet de jantar estava incrível. A estrutura é ótima, só n sei o que poderiam resolver com a água fria, já que quase toda hora saía água muito quente do chuveiro, independentemente da posição. Tirando isso, o hotel é perfeito e vale a pena demais
