Gostamos muito do hotel, de frente para o mar, piscina aquecida e quarto com um tamanho aceitável. Porém tivemos dois dias seguidos de problemas, um que a toalha estava suja e demoraram para trazer outra (tivemos que nos enxugar com papel higiênico) e no dia seguinte esqueceram de limpar nosso quarto, sendo que estava com a placa de solicitações desde as 09h da manhã. Outra coisa que não gostamos muito foram as opções de jantar, que não tinham. Única opção é um buffet a vontade, não tinham hambúrguer ou pizzas, por exemplo. Por ser um hotel de frente para o mar, não tinham cadeiras nas praias, somente nas piscinas. De resto estrutura do hotel é muito boa, funcionários atenciosos e localização excelente.

Gostamos muito da nossa hospedagem no ibis maragogi. Funcionários todos educados e competentes. A camareira conseguiu pra gente 1 travesseiro extra que foi ótimo, porque no quarto só haviam 3. Limpeza nota 10. Cerveja de 600 ml gelada do jeito que a gente gosta. O bar parece um beach clube de tão lindo. Café da manhã com muita fartura e reposição. A vista do nosso quarto frente mar foi sem palavras de maravilhosa. Acordamos uma noite e fomos nos sentar na varanda. Cadeiras muito confortáveis e ficamos admirando o mar e o barulho da ondas. Foi altamente relaxante. Ahhhh.... o que falar da piscina? Enorme e aquecida de verdade. Só elogios. Recomendo e certeza que voltaremos 👍

#Lotação café da manhã #Sem lixeira no quarto #Cachorros de rua a vontade dentro do hotel, deitados nos sofás onde os hospedes sentam, vi um deles mijando no banco da mesa do restaurante onde estávamos allmoçando #Não tem guarda sol de praia. Onde realmente seria o hotel pé na areia. Se quiser ficar na praia, areia, tem que ficar de pé, no sol. # No Jantar não tem opções, ou compra o buffet ou vai até o centrinho jantar a sua vontade, procurando vaga pata o seu carro. #Cadeiras reservada pelos hóspedes, já antes do café e então, não sobram para você #Não disponibilizam toalhas de rosto nos quartos. #Resumindo, um hotel de 160 quartos, com uma área comum para nem metade disso.

Quarto muito bom. Roupas de cama e banho de excelente qualidade Cama bem confortável. Hotel bem limpo. Sobre o café da manhã, estava muito bom, mas sugere-se aprimorar um pouco, como um incremento nos tipos de pães (colocar pães de melhor qualidade, de fermentação natural, baguetes), e alterar a posição que os pratos limpos estão colocados - eles ficam bem abaixo do buffet, onde já há pessoas na fila se servindo - e isso prejudica demais (vc precisa esperar a fila andar ou se atravessar na frente de alguém para pegar um prato limpo). A área da piscina é bem legal, as cadeiras e espreguiçadeiras são ótimas/novas, enfim, toda a área social está bonita e bem equipada. Um sugestão: o hotel colocar um carrinho (um ponto) de venda de tapioca, próximo à área da piscina ou restaurante. Seria ótimo estar ali relaxando, com aquela vista, degustando uma saborosa tapioca (comida típica nordestina). O carrinho nem precisava ficar o dia todo, mas seria legal, por exemplo, estar funcionando das 14h às 18h. Garanto que muitos hóspedes comprariam! Seria uma opção bem legal para quem fica pelo hotel, curtindo a piscina, a vista e o barulho do mar. Sobre a praia, não vá achando que o mar ali na frente é transparente com areia branquinha. Não é bem assim. As melhores praias de Maragogi são outras, um pouco mais reservadas, mas é bem tranquilo o deslocamento através de aplicativos de transporte locais, e dá de curtir toda a região com facilidade. No geral gostamos muito e recomendamos o hotel!
