Café era fraco, sem, frutas. Fui perguntar para o pessoal de apoio, a resposta é que um funcionário tinha ido, ao supermercado comprar frutas. Isso na primeira hora da manhã. quarto cheiro de mofo, toalhas bem usadas, fica aqui o meu descontentamento com um local, que cobra por um serviço e não cumpre.

Equipe de funcionários educados, porém o quarto que fiquei foi fora da pousada, parecia um anexo, que tinha que passar por fora, não me senti confortável, pois as janelas das dependências do quarto não tinha cortina, por esse motivo não tinha privacidade, fora do quarto.

A pior estadia que ficamos em toda minha vida. A pousada parece que construíram agora e não teve acabamento. A cerâmica do banheiro com restos de argamassa, o banheiro não tem janela (apenas um buraco), o piso é tao liso que quando molha escorrega (inclusive meu esposo caiu no banheiro), o espelho preso com fita isolante, quando abrimos a toalha tinha um carrapicho, assim que fomos tomar banho o banheiro estava cheio de cabelos pela parede (parecia que não havida sido lavado), café da manhã extremamente frio, a piscina suja (a água estava branca de tão suja). Não recomendo para ninguém!!!

A localização da pousada é incrível e a estrutura também, mas o atendimento não foi dos melhores e a limpeza do quarto também deixou muito a desejar. Desde que chegamos o banheiro já não estava 100% limpo, pedimos serviço de quarto para ver se melhorava mas não mudou muito, sem falar que o quarto que estávamos não tinha janela no banheiro, então a circulação ficava comprometida. O café da manhã também sempre foi muito agradável. Vale a pena a estadia, mas em outro quarto.

Ótimo atendimento do pessoal da recepção, principalmente o Jackson. Café da manhã com uma boa variedade, quarto confortável. A pousada fica a uns 15 minutos a pé até o centro. Recomendo e voltaria com certeza.

Tive problemas no início com um quarto mas consegui a troca no dia seguinte e o quarto era muito bom, pousada perto da praia, 5 minutos a pé, próxima do centro com bares e restaurantes, tudo dentro do padrão
