The house was good, the beds were very comfortable! It did smell like animals though and we had to buy some air freshener and light bulbs that were out. The pool was good...they did have to send someone out to fix something that broken.Location is good.

Peaceful and convenient location

The location was great, and we really enjoyed the upper level! (We didnt really use the lower space) Pool wash well cared for and the dock was perfect. The screened in area was helpful since the mosquitos were bad the time of year we visited. I really loved all the loan games and bicycles at the property for use. A bonus was we were walking distance to Publix and a few other small businesses.

Great location for Publix and Coastal Pizza. Yes it is about a 20-25 minute ride to the ocean but plenty of time to get your gear ready on the way out. Beds are super comfortable, kitchen has all the amenities and plenty of parking.

We loved this property! The home is very nice, the pool was awesome and clean. The dock was awesome, we got to see manatees in the canal a few times and once he came right up to us and poked his nose out of the water, it was so awesome!! Loved everything about it other than the downstairs bedroom with its own entrance, there is a strong smell of probably mildew in there so we didn’t use that room. Everything else was top notch!! The location is perfect too!

Overall it was a great location and set-up. The downstairs bedroom seemed very damp and musty. I'm sure that is typical in FL. Pool was great, grill worked perfectly, and the provided beach towels is a good idea - saves on packing. Anything we needed was provided - perfect for adults and kids. Lots of things to do...corn hole boards, pool toys, floats, plenty of refrigerator space. Several seating areas for different times of the day...great sunset view! Stores and restaurants nearby...overall a great stay!

Excellent House, Great Location!

We enjoyed this house as two families of four. There was plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, perfect location, maintained dock, balconies all around. We enjoyed the screened porch in the evening, pulled our boat right up to the dock, sipped on pina coladas in the tiki bar, relaxed in the hammock, played in the pool, explored the area, utilized the kayaks and paddle boards, etc. There wasn’t one boring moment! We’ve been coming to the Keys for spring break for years and this was on of the nicest homes yet.

The house and property were so lovely! We had 3 friends join us for the weekend, a couple and a woman so the 3-way split bedrooms were perfect. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. The favorite gathering place was the screened-in patio area; even in the daytime it was comfortable and breezy. 2024 Summer Vavation

The residence was great for what we needed. The refrigerators worked great. Ability to wash cloths when needed. Neighborhood was fairly quiet and friendly. The Dock was good and accommodated the rented boat well. The only things that were a bit iffy was when we would take two showers at once. Water pressure was a bit in need.

Wonderful location, great house, pool, tiki bar and dock!

This house provided everything you would want on your Keys vacation! Great space, furnishings, and resort living! The heated pool, kayaks, and paddle boards provided lots for options for enjoying the Florida weather. If you have a boat, the location is just a short ride from Sombrero Beach. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets! We highly recommend this property! The communication with the owner and property manager was best in class!
