Treasure in heart of Marathon

This is a superb rental. Excellent value. The townhouse is spacious high quality. The pool is gorgeous. Added bonus the marina dock provides stunning sunset views. The property owner has strict policies holding limit on visitors which is greatly appreciated especially during COVID. The pool is fantastic. The property is walking distance to best in the keys dining and a full service marina for fishing and boat rides. I can’t say enough great things about the staff. Wonderful group. Marlin Bay is a treasurer in the heart of Marathon.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would consider a future stay PROs: A nice and large pool with a very nice whirlpool Clubhouse with amenities and games A garage to park our car at night The kitchen was well appointed with many high end appliances and all of utensils that we would possibly need Nice balcony to sit out and relax Several on-site propane Weber grills Extremely fast Wi-Fi at 100 Mbits/sec Very nice large showers with large bathrooms and a whirlpool tub in one of the bathrooms Our own private elevator that connects as you come in from the garage all the way up to the third-floor which makes it easy to carry our luggage and food up and down Easy access from US1 CONs: Two bedrooms did not have a TV and the third one did

Incredible March stay at Marlin Bay

When first arriving at the resort, in the epicenter of Marathon, it was next to so many easily walk-able restaurants. We were greeted by Lucia and Melanie, they were sweet and were comprehensive about showing us the premises and amenities. First walking in to the rental, the place is immaculate. There was an elevator, not much more to say about that but it makes the luggage and non-issue. The kitchen was huge and wide open and seemed like a luxury home. The bedrooms were beautiful and the view of both the pool and ocean makes it hard to argue to stay anywhere else. The pool is very big and always kept, and as a bonus the bar was a great little place to stop by and enjoy a pina colada. Overall i have nothing negative to say about Marlin Bay and our companions were already planning further stays at this resort.

Great Venue for Reunions!

We rented three units at Marlin Bay over the MLK weekend and had a great experience. The apartments were very elegant and clean; the staff friendly and helpful. The four-bedroom unit was spectacular. The units are well constructed and allow for a high degree of privacy. We plan on coming back!

Beautiful Getaway!

The yacht club is exactly as pictured...absolutely beautiful! The unit in which we stayed looked brand new - very clean, very spacious, and very well appointed. The pool area was also well appointed with lovely lounge chairs and was very quiet; perfect for lounging in the sun. The staff at Marlin Bay were also outstanding. Barbara, our concierge, was very friendly and helpful, and the people who maintained the area did an excellent job, always with a cheerful smile and greeting for the guests. A wonderful getaway...we would definitely return for a second visit!

Beautiful property and a great location.

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. Outstanding amenities and you can can watch the sunset each day at the marina. The staff was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Walking distance to a couple of great eateries and several others a short drive away.
