I picked this place because it advertised a balcony to a rooftop. We thought we would be in our dinners on the rooftop hanging out on the rooftop and playing games on the rooftop. Needless to say there was no rooftop and no stairs to a rooftop. The TV in the living room was horrible, the solution was to get us a new remote control. That didn’t work. I think when you’re paying what we paid for a week they could’ve left us at least one trash bag for each day, a dishwasher pod for each day, and they could’ve not had so many rules that they didn’t tell us ahead of time. I feel like I got a motel six home at the price of a five star luxury hotel. Extremely disappointed. And luckily we didn’t plan on a 40 foot dock because the boat wouldn’t fit. Luckily we rent it only a 20 foot boat. I really feel cheated I am extremely disappointed. We even left a day early. Let me also mention they told us we could use the outside freezer that was absolutely disgusting I did them a favor and I cleaned it out. It wasn’t usable there was so much frost and trash in it. When you tell us we have to use the outside grill we shouldn’t have to ask for the tank to be filled because we couldn’t cook seafood in the house. I have the room with the king size bed that had nowhere to put my clothes. No hangers to hang them on no dresser to put them in. My clothes stayed on the floor along with my other items because there was nowhere to put them. So I had to go home and wash all my stuff after being on the flo
