Any reported issue (no hot water in shower) was quickly addressed. Explanation was helpful (hot and cold directions were reversed) even though it wasn't corrected, we just had to remember to think "backwards" to shower.

The room was clean but could use some updating. The pool and outdoor areas are nice. We only stayed one night. There isn’t much to do near by. You need a car to explore the area.

The sheets and the room were clean. However, the wifi was very poor and connection was dropping every few minutes. The hairdryer was not in working condition and the toilet was clogged. And finally, on our leaving day they shut off the water for repairs without informing us.
