Overall I was very happy with my stay. The one negative I had was potentially my fault for not paying more attention, but the name and the way the listing is presented was to me a little misleading. I had the impression I was booking a standalone house and this is not that. This is a condo unit in a much larger resort called the Grassy Flats Resort and Beach Club.The resort was very nice and had a lot of amenities to offer such as: 2 pools; a tiki hut and full bar; a rooftop bar; a restaurant and a small grocery store that also would make coffee/sandwiches etc. There are nice places to sunbathe both by the pool and also by the ocean. There was often live music (not super loud) which you could hear on the balcony of the condo. They had bikes to use along with paddle boards etc. The condo itself was fine, 3 bedrooms although I think there is only 1 king bed and 2 queens which is different from the listing if my memory is correct, with 1 couch which is sleepable in a pinch. The main room TV is pretty small and not a smart TV. While it did have utensils and stuff like that, there are none of the traditional things like sugar/salt/spices/seasonings/coffee/tea etc that are commonly found in most standard VRBO's so keep that in mind. So if a condo that is part of a nice, much larger resort sounds good to you, this is likely a great option. If you want a standalone house then this is not that.
