The hotel is not ready to welcome guests. The staff have no client service skills and the hotel is still in construction with no reception area. I don't like to leave negative reviews but this was probably the worst hotel experience I've had. First the hotel is very difficle to find and I don't recommend kt if you have any mobility issues. You need to got up many flights of stairs with your suitcases as cars can't come near the hotel. The hotel listing said they had parking but I dont know how that would be possible. I reached out to the hotel twice to ask about parking but never received a response, that should have been my sign to cancel the reservation. Thankfully we didn't drive. When we got there there was no reception and no one was there to welcome us. The room was not ready so we had to wait. The were still constructing the rooms. We booked a room for three people but when we went into the room there was only one double bed. When asked about it they said that this was the room we booked and they couldnt do anything about it despite the hotel having no other guests there and plenty of larger free rooms. They said they would put in an extra matress on the ground. The toilette didn't work, there were no towels or water is the room. There was no reason for the room not to be ready when we arrive at 3pm and we had booked a month in advance. When I mentioned this to the girl who seemed in charge she said they don't have an email address and became defensive and rude.
