Bu otelde konaklamaktan gerçekten çok memnun kaldım. Odalar son derece temiz ve düzenliydi. Çalışanlar inanılmaz derecede güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve profesyoneldi. Osman Bey başta olmak üzere tüm ekibe çok teşekkür ediyorum. Sabahları sunulan kahvaltı ise tam anlamıyla mükemmeldi; her şey taze, lezzetli ve çeşit açısından çok zengindi. Kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. Otel, Eski Mardin’in çok merkezi bir konumunda yer alıyor. Odaların konforu ve hizmet kalitesi açısından kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Mardin’e bir sonraki gelişimde yine burada kalacağım.
