Charming Mallorcan rustic house with spectacular views

It's a, cozy, fully equipped Majorcan rustic house with wonderful views and a large swimming pool with solarium. very quiet house, situated in Maria de la Salut, a small village in central Mallorca. Located in the Pla, near the towns of Sineu, Santa Margalida, Muro, Llubí, Ariany and Petra. Just 20 minutes from the Bay of Alcudia and the best beaches on the island.

The location is unbeatable: located in the heart of town and country at the same time. A 150 m. the main square (bars and restaurants), 7 km. Sineu, 37 km from Palma, 20 km from the beach, etc.

They can simply walk to shops and bars / restaurants in the village.

It has also air conditioning (cold / hot), ceiling fans and wood burning barbecue

Lovely stay

This was our second stay in the property. We were not disappointed. A lovely peaceful location. Stunning views from the terrace. Tremendous pool - even in October.

Very pleasant

The property was well maintained, reasonably comfortable and clean. The real benefit is the pool which is big and not overlooked which was really nice. There's a shower and toilet on the pool patio so you don't have to leave it. It should be noted that the pool is at the bottom of a fairly steep ramp and a set of steps, so probably not appropriate for anyone with mobility issues. The area is nice and quiet, away from the crowds. A car is essential if you want to get about. There are a couple of restaurants near by, both of which are OK, though not very exciting. We were lucky to be there during the saint day celebrations with a real party atmosphere over most of our first week, including fireworks just outside the gate.

Fabulous stay

What a fabulous property. Super friendly and helpful owner. Property was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The pool was awesome and we spent most of every day in it. Beautiful sunsets over the mountains every night. Best stay we have had in 15 years of visiting the island.

A taste of real Mallorca

The villa was excellent with a superb views across open countryside backed by the mountains. The swimming pool was brilliant and of a really good size. The village centre was about a five minute walk away with restaurants, bars, bakery, butchers and two good small supermarkets. We visited Alcudia and Can Picafort , only about twenty minutes drive away, which seemed that they could have been anywhere on the Mediterranean whereas Maria de la Salut felt like a taste of real Mallorca. We will certainly be returning.

Lovely villa and sensational pool

We had 10 fantastic days at the villa. Villa was spotlessly clean. Air con in lounge and both main bedrooms (ceiling fans in all bedrooms). Met by owner and agent who spoke good English and provided us with a few basics (water, milk, bread, butter, beer) as we got there late Sunday evening, which was a real bonus. Inside very clean and well equipped: everything you need for your stay. Double bed in our room. Pool was amazing and we spent whole days playing in it. 12-13 metres long by 3-4 metres wide. 4 sun beds and 2 parasols plus toilet and shower. Why not 5 stars? Kitchen is quite small and we managed to cut power to house whilst cooking, resulting in no air con one night. The other is that the village is only small, so have to drive to other places to eat. We ate in village twice. So for me, not as restful as if it had been nearer coast and in larger town. 25 mins to the coast. Recycling a bit of a hassle having to sort everything out. Not had this elsewhere. Having said that, bakery in village, plus a BIP supermarket both very good. Villa is lovely and quiet and has gorgeous views. Main restaurant ok but better ones in Sineu. Would I recommend villa? Definitely YES. Brilliant pool, lovely clean villa well equipped.

We (2 adults and 1 10y/o child) stayed here in Aug 2017 for two weeks. The villa is very clean and tidy. It is located on the outskirts of a quite Mallorcan town. The owners were really helpful and met us on arrival and again at departure. They provided loads of useful advice about the town and island. The pictures don't really do the villa or the views justice - you can see the Tramuntana mountains to the North West. The pool is huge - 11m x 4m. The town has everything one needs for a holiday - good local restaurants, shops, banks etc. The nearest beach is about a 20/25 min drive. You can drive to any coast within about an hour. We would stay here agin, if we travelled to Mallorca.

Cosy house with great pool and perfect location

A great place to stay, on the edge of a really charming non-touristy small town, with easy access to the main square, local supermarket and friendly bar/restaurants. The house has a fantastic balcony overlooking the local countryside and a beautiful pool. Inside is cosy, with a small dining table, single sofa, small kitchen and lovely walk-in-shower bathroom. BBQ area is a bit removed from the house, but we used it a lot and just sat there while we cooked and then ate on the balcony. (the house is on the first floor, with the pool on the ground floor and a short, but steep bit of path between) Great for a couple and the owners were extremely welcoming and helpful.

Great property with fantastic views and a huge pool!

Not long back from a family holiday in this excellent property. We really enjoyed meals on the terrace with its great views to the mountains in the north. Watching the sun go down in the evening while sipping local wine was a real treat. The pool is amazing! It's about 10m long very well maintained by the owner. We spent LOTS of time in the pool keeping cool. There is also a toilet and shower down by the pool. The property has it's own large driveway with automatic electric gate, so very secure for young children and there is a shaded car port so the car doesn't get too hot. All the rooms are on the first floor, on the ground floor there are just store rooms and the laundry room. There is air con in 2 of the bedrooms, though the living room unit does a good job of cooling the 3rd bedroom. If you do hire a bike, as we did, there is plenty of secure storage in the laundry room. Maria itself is refreshingly rural and quiet, but come 10pm the town bursts into life. We spent several evenings in the town square and had some lovely meals. We had a great stay and would love to come back!

Fantastic rustic house in a beautiful village with enough facilities but still authentic Mallorca

We've just returned from a fabulous family holiday staying at this fantastic house. The house is very comfortable and the views are amazing. The outside space is vast and the pool is gorgeous, enjoying views to die for. The village is beautiful with everything you could need within easy walking distance. Great meals and drinks at fantastic prices. The village gives you a real Mallorca experience, away from the tourist track yet it provides you with all you need too. The beaches are about 25/30 mins away in the car and are just beautiful. The owners did everything to make us welcome, including leaving us a cake! Great communication too. We would highly recommend this rustic house.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Feriendomizil in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten uns am Flughafen mit dem Eigentümer telefonisch verabredet. Bei unserer Ankunft am Ferienhaus wurden wir sehr nett empfangen. Marti besichtigte mit uns das Haus, gab uns hilfreiche Tipps zum Einkaufen, zu Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes hatte er jederzeit ein offenes Ohr. Das Ferienhaus, die Außenanlagen sowie der Pool waren in einem sehr ordentlichen, gepflegten und sauberen Zustand. Die Ausstattung und Möblierung lassen keine Wünsche offen. Auf dem Grundstück, insbesondere am Pool und auf der Terrasse, mit einem schönen Panoramablick, ist man von Nachbarn abgeschirmt und geniest seine Privatsphäre. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, werden definitiv wiederkommen und können das Objekt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war rundum zufriedenstellend und angenehm. Besonders hervorzuheben sind folgende Punkte: Beim Betreten des Hauses fiel sofort auf, wie sauber und gepflegt alles war. Wir haben schon einige Ferienhäuser besucht, aber die Sauberkeit hier war einfach herausragend und verdient besondere Anerkennung. Der Pool war ein Traum, geräumig und sauber. Die Tatsache, dass der Pool so geschickt abgeschirmt war, ermöglichte es uns, unsere Privatsphäre in vollen Zügen zu genießen, ohne von neugierigen Blicken gestört zu werden. Praktisch fanden wir den zusätzlichen Kühlschrank und das zusätzliche WC in Poolnähe. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen bequemen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Bereitstellung von ausreichend Handtüchern und Bettzeug war besonders praktisch. Ebenso war das zur Verfügung gestellte WLAN von sehr guter Qualität und ermöglichte eine zuverlässige schnelle Internetverbindung. Der überdachte PKW-Stellplatz trug zur Sicherheit unseres Fahrzeugs bei und war von außen nicht einsehbar. Die Handtücher konnten wettergeschützt aufgehängt werden. Angenehm überrascht wurden wir von dem Willkommenskuchen und den gekühlten Getränken, die bei unserer Ankunft auf uns warteten. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber für ihre herzliche Gastfreundschaft und die Liebe zum Detail, die diesen Aufenthalt so unvergesslich gemacht haben.

Tolle Finca für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Ein top gepflegtes Haus, mit allem was man braucht, in einer super Lage mit Panorama Blick und einem wunderschönen, großen und sauberen Pool. Der Hof und das Grundstück sind ringsum gesichert und groß genug zum Parken von zwei Autos. Die Besitzer der Finca sind super nette Menschen. Die Kommunikation und der Ablauf haben toll geklappt. Die Finca und die Besitzer verdienen 5 Sterne, wir können dieses Objekt absolut weiterempfehlen. Wir verbrachten mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind eine tolle und entspannte Zeit. rundum perfekt

Angefangen von der Buchung bis zum letzten Kontakt war mit dieser Unterkunft und mit dem Vermieter wirklich alles perfekt: vorab hat er alle Fragen schnell und genau beantwortet. Das Einchecken lief über eine Schlüssel-Box und es war kein Problem, dass wir schon morgens um 10 Uhr an der Unterkunft waren. Gegen Abend kam der Vermieter persönlich vorbei, um uns noch Verschiedenes zu zeigen und zu erklären. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen Kuchen und versch. gekühlte Getränke. Sofort fiel auf, wie außerordentlich sauber es überall war - innen, auf der Terrasse und um den herrlichen Pool. Die Lage ist einzigartig auf einer Anhöhe neben der Kirche in einem ruhigen Ort, in dem es einen Supermarkt, Bäcker und mehrere Bars um den Dorfplatz gibt. Der Blick von der Terrasse. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Außer Handtücher sind sogar für jeden Badetücher vorhanden. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Geschätzt haben wir, dass es ein verschlossenes Tor zum Anwesen gibt und dass es für das Auto einen überdachten, schattigen Stellplatz gibt. Vielen Dank dem sehr netten Vermieter Marti mit seiner Frau. Die Unterkunft und dieser Vermieter ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Gepflegtes Anwesen in ruhiger Lage mit viel Privatsphäre

Wir waren 2 Wochen im Mai 2023 als Pärchen zu Gast in diesem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Anwesen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der große Pool und die Terrasse mit einem absolut fantastischen Ausblick. Kommunikation und CheckIn verliefen problemlos in englisch, wir konnten bereits am Vormittag einchecken und zur Begrüßung fanden wir einen Kuchen sowie verschiedene Getränke im Kühlschrank vor. Das fanden wir toll! Das Anwesen bietet sehr viel Privatsphäre. Wir hatten hier eine wunderbare erholsame Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Nette spaanse dorpswoning met groot zwembad

Centraal gelegen woning voor een verblijf op Mallorca, niet zo toeristisch als aan de kust. Grote zwembad was super voor de kinderen (5 en 9), iets fris in het najaar bij 22-24° buiten en schaduwrijke ligging tot 12 uur in najaat. Maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken, na een vroege zwemsessie onder de warm douche om weer warm te worden. In de middag in volle zon zeer aangenaam en langer vol te houden. Huis is tegen de berg gebouwd, zwembad ligt lager onder buiten terras/balkon. Buitenom naar zwembad gaat via een volledig betonnen pad met traptreden erin, hierdoor minder geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Koken gaat in de keuken alleen de hoofdzekering trekt het niet om alles tegelijk te gebruiken. 3 pitten en oven aan zijn al snel te veel als ook de koelkast aanslaat. Wij hadden verder veel last van muggen in de nog lager gelegen verwilderde tuin en rond het zwembad.
