My wife and I had a wonderful stay due primarily to a wonderful, caring and humane staff. When we checked in Jana and Petr immediately made us feel at home at this beautiful facility. The warm atmosphere continued throughout everywhere we went including the treatment by the restaurant staff, especially our waitress Katerina. We are grateful for our visit here.

True 5-star experience from parking to spa. Great breakfast and dinner tasting menu. Good wine list also. Pools open early & late. Area around hotel gives easy access to shopping and sights. Underground parking has direct elevator access to rooms. Asked for recommendation for gift options and was referred to local florist that was excellent.

Fricken Hottt!!!

Bottom line, our room was so freaking hot that it made it absolutely miserable. Nice room but no air conditioner with almost 100° weather is unacceptable. And the second thing, the pool with that many people in a hotel does not accommodate guests at all!! An absolute COVID disaster! We cannot enjoy any of the accommodations, except for the breakfast. That pool needs to be a lot bigger with more room and space or regulate gas from going. Complete waste of money.

The game of luxury

The hotel is very confortable but the big minus was the lack of aircondition. That spoilt the impression especialy in this hot summer. In addition, we have a room on the ground floor, where it was impossible to leave an open window. Food was good, beverages overpriced. The wifi in our room was very bad.

Best in your Autumn years

Apart from scaffolding on our balcony (for which we paid extra), this is a quiet, well situated hotel, with an excellent buffet breakfast and comprehensive Spa. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor heated pool accessed via an auto-gate from the inside pool area. Very little English spoken

Beautiful hotel in lovely town with clean air!

This is a delightful hotel situated just one block back from the main high street. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the Spa area was magnificent with indoor and outdoor pools. Breakfast and dinner are both buffet style with lots of choices and healthy options. My only niggle would be that there are few waiting staff and so it took them some time to clear tables and to serve drinks etc.

Bestes Hotel am Platz. Superschöne Bar mit tollen Cocktails/Getränken. Leckeres Essen bei Halbpension (fast schon Sterneverdächtig). Mittags gibt es nur Salate und Suppe. Was aber auch völlig ausreichend ist. Leider muss man vorab für Tiefgarage reservieren, wussten wir nicht und war auch nirgends ersichtlich. Konnten dann trotzdem außen an der Straße für 14€ parken. Zimmer muss man leider selbst suchen. Die Innenfüllung der Bettdecken war leider schon sehr abgewohnt und verknäult. Zudem war bei einem Bademantel die Gürtelschlaufe abgerissen. Hier muss das Housekeeping noch besser auf Details achten (5 Sterne!). Im Wellnessbereich wurden leider stundenlang Liegen reserviert ohne dass man die entsprechenden Leute mal gesehen hat (Hinweis, dass dies nicht erwünscht, liegt in Zimmer aber interessiert wohl kaum jemanden - hier sollte das Hotel durch den Poolboy Handtücher entfernen lassen). Ansonsten tolles und sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel und es wurden auch Wünsche, die im Vorfeld geäußert wurden, erfüllt.

Der Check in war leider sehr spät… Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, gerade Kellner Robert war super nett und hat uns einen 2ten Nachtisch angeboten. Im Gesamten kann man das Hotel weiter empfehlen!
