Отель не соответствует заявленным 4 звездам.

Отель расположен недалеко от коллонады, как мы и выбырали. Номера просторные, чистые. Что касается питания, отель не соответствует 4 звездам, это уровень 3-х звездочного отеля. Питание очень однообразное. Кроме того, плохо организованное. Тех, у кого был заказан завтрак и ужин закрепили за постоянными столиками. У нас был заказан только завтрак, поэтому мы каждое утро искали место, где мы могли бы присеть,чтобы не занять чужого места.А так как проживающих было больше, чем мест в ресторане - это было сделать нелегко. Мы заказали отель без лечения, чтобы взять те процедуры, которые нам необходимы. В итоге за 15 дней я получила только 15 процедур. Видимо отель не заинтересован в том, чтобы проживающие у них лечились. На сайте отеля было написано, что в отеле крытый бассейн. Оказалось, что бассейн находится в другом отеле Монти, куда идти было довольно прилично. Во время, определенное для отеля Эксельсиор, приходили купаться и отдыхающие из отеля Монти. Поэтому плавать было сложно, очень много народу. Вообщем, в этот отель мы больше не поедем.
