I've always enjoyed staying at Home 2, but this time I had two problems. When I arrived, my room, which I had requested when I made the booking, wasn't available. It was an accessible room because my mother is 82 years old and needs accessibility. The person who checked me in couldn't say why they couldn't give me that room and put me in another one that wasn't accessible. Another problem was that someone had a large dog that barked all night on the second floor, keeping us awake almost all night. Breakfast was fine.

Awful customer service. Hallways littered with food. For a new hotel only open a day there were defects to the furniture already. Problem with being double charged. Manager was less than helpful. Will NOT ever stay there again. Would add photos but it won't let me upload.
