Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. We loved our stay from the moment we arrived. You're greeted at the gate, bags carried for you! They learn your names and room number pretty quickly so don't need to keep checking when you're booking a taxi or booking dinner etc. All the staff are so lovely. Breakfast by the pool each morning is great. Fresh fruit, eggs how you want them etc. Special shout out to Youseff who is so smiley and friendly. The staff here really are so ready to help you or offer you something before you need to ask. The rooms are lovely and clean, comfy beds. Can't fault it. Really easy to get taxis back from the Medina. We'd seen the restaurant featured on the TV show Remarkable Places To Eat and we wanted to eat there every night. Can't wait to visit again in the future!
