We loved staying here. Very close to everything. Staff, especially Abdel Karim was really friendly and co operative. You feel like you are home. It could be a little noisy if you want to sleep in but overall it was quiet and peaceful. Extras like bottled water and fruits were a nice touch. Overall very well managed and maintained.

Overall i was happy with my stay, however when digging a bit deeper a few slight issues were present, the water was warm at best in the shower, some of the fixtures were not well fitted (bathroom taps loose) and because i had a room on the top floor i was distrubed a few times because the chairs on the upstairs roof were metal on tial and made a lot of noise, i cant however fault the staff

The Riad is beautiful and very convenient for the main square. Having said that, it’s quiet and we felt safe walking back to it at night. The staff are excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was taken on the roof terrace affording fabulous views of the city. Rooms very nice and had heating which is good if you’re travelling in Winter. Definitely will return here.

Overall really great and awesome experience. The team at Riad Marraplace were very welcoming and super helpful during the stay. They even prepare the best breakfast every morning super delicious! We always look forward to it.They help out with our stay at the agafay dessert and recommended great additional activity tour or packages. Area is very near to shops and eateries. Really convenient. Will definitely come back and stay here again

I can’t wait to share my experience with people who are currently looking for a safe, clean and comfortable accommodation in Marrakech because I was very nervous about finding the right place for me and my daughter, especially as female travelers. The Riad is situated in an alley that is 5 minutes walk to the big square, the alley is lighted at night and there are other riads, grocery and food stores along the way so we felt safe to get in and out of the riad at night. The room is maybe small for some western standards but very functional and comfortable. If you stay on the top floor, you might experience lower water pressure. We stayed in this riad twice during our visit in Morocco and we preferred the bottom floor. All staff were awesome and helpful, they are the factors that set this riad to the top compared to other places we have stayed. Breakfast was amazing, homemade and change daily, they even prepared hot breakfast for us to take for our early day trip since we would miss the breakfast. We picked this riad because reading other reviews, so paying it forward, I hope my review can help others as well.

The perfect place to stay in Marrakech
Hotel Riad Marraplâce was a wonderful place to stay. The entire hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the traditional handcrafted wood decor is beautiful. The location is also very convenient - only a couple of minutes walk from Djemaa al Fna Square, taxi ranks, and minibus pickup spots, but still very quiet. Everyone who works at Riad Marraplâce is warm and welcoming, and we enjoyed chatting to them. They were also kind enough to accommodate our requests, such as arranging excursions, and for breakfast to be ready earlier, so that we could eat before we had to leave on day trips. The breakfasts were delicious every morning, and eating on the rooftop terrace was the perfect start to each day. We are already looking forward to visiting again, and will be recommending this hotel to all our family and friends!
