    En arrivant nous avons trouvé porte close Les hôtes dans le Riad avaient ordre de ne pas ouvrir on nous a parlé derrière la porte et on a attendu plus d’une heure un responsable assis sur nos bagages devant le Riad . Le responsable nous a dit que le Riad était plein et qu’il ne voulait pas entendre parler de notre confirmation de réservation . Finalement à 23h30 il n’avait toujours rien à nous proposer et ne cherchait pas de solutions . Nous étions toujours dans le hall avec tous nos bagages . Il nous a donné le code wifi pour trouver un autre hôtel . A minuit nous avons tout retraversé la médina à pieds avec nos bagages repayé un chariot et rejoint l’autre hôtel à 1h du matin . Je ne souhaite à personne l’expérience vécue surtout en période de fêtes où c’est la galère pour trouver une chambre !!!

    Marakech, que j'ai connu il y a 30 ans, a bien changé et pas toujours en bien: trop de tout (autos, motos, vélos, triporteurs, ânes, le tout dans un bruit redoutable! Mais les gens toujours aussi aimables et le soleil bien présent.

    LAMENTABLE

    Une nuit à la riad suffit largement. En sortant de l'aéroport le taxi vous dépose à environ 800m de la raid.Pas possible de nous déposer devant la porte,( rues trop étroites et cela n'est pas préciser dans la réservation). Nous avons attendu au moins une heure avant que quelqu un vienne nous ouvrir la porte. Heureusement que nous avions les justificatifs de paiement, sinon nous réglions une 2ème fois la note. Salle de bain privée OK mais peut on appeler ça une salle de bain.... Nous n'avons même pas pris le petit déjeuner étant vraiment trop déçu A déconseiller fortement.Les photos sur internet ne correspondent pas à la réalité pour l'avoir vécu.

    abbastanza pulito ma il poca cura per il clienta

    Ho alloggiato assieme a mio marito e ad un amico dal 28 aprile al 1 maggio. siamo arrivati in aeroporto alle 1.30 della notte e a seguito della mia richiesta il riad si è occupato di mandare un ragazzo all'aeroporto che ci ha lasciato davanti alla porta dell'alloggio al costo di 20 euro (partenza alle 4 del mattino con taxista concordato con le agenzie dei tour esterni 9 euro !) il riad è decente anche se gli spazi sopratutto del bagno sono veramente molto stretti, non 'è lo spazio neanche per lasciare due valigie a terra! si trova all'interno della medina, non distante dalla piazza principale, ma consiglierei comunque di pernottare un riad o un hotel al di fuori della medina. La colazione è scarsissima e alla mia richiesta di non avere l'omelette e avere qualche dolce in più o della frutta mi è stato detto che non sarebbe stato possibile. la ciliegina sulla torta è stata che una notte siamo rientrati alla 1.00 e non vi era nessuno ad aprirci la porta. Abbiamo bussato per circa 20 minuti, svegliando gli altri ospiti e solo dopo svariate chiamate il proprietario si è degnato di rispondere al telefono e mandare al riad un ragazzo, permettendoci di entrare ! vi posso garantire che non è carino stare a notte fonda fuori dalla porta nella zona medina!inaccettabile!

    Riad complessivamente accettabile come struttura ma inaccettabile perchè: NON ACCETTANO ALCUN TIPO DI CARTE DI CREDITO pur avendo voluto una carta di credito a garanzia della prenotazione. Inoltre da nessuna parte precisano che il pagamento deve essere fatto solo in contanti. La tassa di soggiorno fattaci pagare è stata di 2,5€ a testa quando qualche giorno dopo in un altro ne hanno chiesto solo 1 €. Colazione: molto misera, solo un te o caffe con un dolce! Mi sembra un furto e mancanza di correttezza! SCONSIGLIATISSIMO

    das Riad ist NUR sehr schwer zu finden, versteckt in eine sehr enger Seitengasse, ohne jeglichen Hinweisschild o. ä. Selbst wenn man vor dem Eingang steht ! Frühstück ist sehr klein und wenig nahrhaft. Das Personal vor Ort wenig hilfreich. Gut war die zentrale Lage und der relativ kleiner Preis...
