A fuir. Publicité mensongère (piscine fermée). Dédommagement refusé par le management de l’hotel. J’ai contacté ensuite le service commercial, il n’a pas donné suite. J’ai ensuite ouvert une réclamation sur le site internet, l’hotel n’a rien voulu entendre. Je suis voyageur fréquent, je n’irai plus jamais dans un Golden Tulip. Horrible.

Chaque année plusieurs séjours à Marseille et première expérience pour la piscine….. Catastrophique quand vous réservez un hôtel pour sa piscine et que celle-ci est fermée. De plus la mauvaise fois, quand nous faisons voir que cette fermeture n’est pas mentionnée sur le site de l’hôtel alors que nous avons le site ouvert sur notre téléphone !!!!!!

The only thing is that they say they have parking, and it doesn't belong to them. It belongs to a third party and you have to pay about 20 euros per day plus tax and walk about a block with your suitcaises to the hotel. But the hotel is very beautiful and modern and has excellent service.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was not worth the money I paid. While the hotel’s overall infrastructure is quite good, the service and maintenance fall far below expectations. The housekeeping was especially disappointing. The room was not cleaned properly, and even basic areas like the door and bedspread had visible dust. The housekeeping staff also did not handle refreshments and water bottles well — the setup felt careless and unprofessional and shower was other disappointment. no pressure on tap and you don’t feel like you had shower.

Dommage d’avoir un patio en direct avec le périphérique de Marseille sachant que c’est une chambre supérieure. Il est donc difficile d’en profiter De plus une fois que vous avez garé votre voiture, il faut sortir du parking, créer votre compte pour bénéficier de 50% et re garer votre voiture Il serait important de le signaler dans le descriptif de l’hôtel afin de ne pas payer 50€ pour une nuit.

The staff is friendly and polite! Rooms were very nice and comfortable. The area is absolutely perfect in the old port region. Able to walk to many things and scooter quickly to anywhere you want to go.

Very close to the British Consulate. Good public transport access. The room was clean but we ran out of soap and it wasn’t refilled. I had a cup of tea in the room and the cup and teabag weren’t replaced. The towel quality was average.
