FAMILY FRIENDLY LAKE HOUSE WITH FABULOUS SCREENED PORCH

Beautiful house located on a tranquil cove of Mill Creek Lake, which offers over 800 acres of boating, fishing and watersports, perfect place to make unforgettable memories. Enjoy morning coffee listening the birdsong, feel the breeze, smell the rain, watch the fireflies and listen to the night sounds on our fabulous, screened porch. Only 1.2 miles away from the Mill Creek Park and Lake that consists of 2,600 acres of land, 15 miles of ATV trails, courtesy dock facilities, boat rentals and more.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Fabulous, screened, back, double deck that overlooks mature trees. Down the gravel pathway you get to the tranquil and quiet Mill Creek Cove. Private boat dock (not for boat use) and a picnic table with lots of shade from the mature tree right next to it. Gradual descent to the water's edge by way of shared white rock path. The full walk out basement includes a family room, bedroom and full bath, laundry room, and multiple storage areas.

The home is equipped with a dine-in kitchen equipped with an instant pot coffee maker (serves espresso pods and regular Keurig pods), dishwasher, large fridge, stove, microwave, & an extendable kitchen table. Outside, in the screened porch there's a TV, sectional sofa with plenty of seating and another dining table so you can enjoy your grilling outdoors. The home also includes a gas grill with propane, High Speed WIFI & TVs throughout the entire house.

This was the perfect home base for visiting some local friends. The house is comfortable enough to be a destination in itself, either for downtime after the day's activities, or for gathering with friends. We particularly enjoyed the screened porch! Wonderful property in Clarksville about 7 miles from Marshall. Beautiful country setting. Very nice house with a great outdoor deck and patio. Unfortunately the weather kept us from enjoying the outdoors. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area.

This is our second stay here and it was just as perfect as the first time!! The owners make it an easy process for check in and out and they are very considerate of your time. Nice place. Good value for the money. The upstairs/downstairs is nice to have two levels. Didn’t see the lake. Very quiet neighborhood. Probably needs handrails for outside entrance and down to lower level in the house. Kitchen has about everything you would need. Would stay there again.

Great house for family visit

We had a great trip! The house was very comfortable for 8 (6 adults and 2 kids). The screened in porch was great for dinner and games. The owners were so friendly and thoughtful. We had a terrible storm and the power was out for a few hours. The owners text us to make sure we were ok and offered to bring flashlights and lanterns. a super quick drive to lake - we would definitely stay here again.

This house was so beautiful for a quiet little town. Everything was clean! The host even told us of fun little things going on in the town during our stay. The host kept in touch to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend. Girls weekend visit to see BIG little things in Casey

House size was adequate for our group of 8. We were unable to see lake from deck which was a little disappointing based on Lake House name/posted picture. Deck fan did not work but owner responded promptly with 2 portable fans which was appreciated with humid weather. Oven door did not close completely which made it difficult to cook food.

We stayed at the property during mid-October to visit the Parke County Bridge Festival. We had a group of 6 adults. Everything was fresh, clean and Ana even provided a bottle of Sangria and chocolates. The house has great outside areas too. We enjoyed pool and tv on the attached porches. Internet was a bit spotty which was typical for the rural area location.

This was a fantastic home for a weekend fishing trip with the family. The home is very well kept, very clean and has just everything you need and more! The beds are very comfortable and the back screened in area with the TV was used every night! I'd highly recommend this house and renting from Ana.
