Room was big, clean? Staff was great , asked me where I wanted to stay bottom or top floor instead of just throwing a room at me . Extremely kind. I will Deff be staying there and at the chain again

Needed a quick room during a snowstorm. This was priced well, room was decent (AC/Heater was loud)…the hotel itself smelt musky…but the bed was clean and that’s the biggest plus. If you need a quick spot this is it. Night staff was kind and helped us check in easily.

Bathroom was very small, construction when done was very shoddy, tub was slick to stand in for a shower, drain stopper would not stay up when showering, this suite should have had a better pull out couch.

Was in detached building from main building , had room near stairwell. Guests seemed loud and building was noisier than I had encountered staying in main building on other occasions. Swimming pool was not warm this stay. I have stayed here before when visiting family. This time was not enjoyable

The young lady at the counter was great at helping me fix the mistake I made on the reservation. I was having some trouble with the cancelation and rebook and she was able to assist me with the information I needed to correct MY mistake. So the staff was excellent. The room could have used and extra chair but it was all good there

Breakfast was to be available til 10. We went for breakfast at 8:35. There was hardly no eggs and limited bacon. No decaffeinated coffee. No one even came and checked on any refills. There were probably 15 people came for breakfast after us, there were no eggs and bacon was gone. No one refilled anything.

Good stay, nice room .

Room updated from our last stay here. We had a king bed with a sofa sleeper which we didn't need so we used it as a sofa and lounge area where we cuddled and watched a movie together. I had trouble sleeping 😴 one night and the couch was perfect, I watched TV quietly and my husband slept undisturbed. Kudos on fixing up the place , keep it up and we will be back 👍 😀
