The overnight staff was so funny, welcoming, and kind. He was the kind of man you wished was your grandpa. The heated pool and hot tub was so nice. The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfy and cozy. I'd never been in that nice of a hotel before. As an adult at least. The muffins for breakfast were so good and so was the coffee.

The man who checked us in was extremely welcoming. He made the property a special stop. The room was clean. The tub had red spots (stain?). The breakfast area was clean as well. Would definitely recommend this property.

The room was extremely humid during the stay, to the point where the room and bathroom doors were sticking. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was above average.

not a real handicap assessable room

I reserved an assessable room the toilet as a short stool not high and there was no side bar to help. the tub did not have enough bars to take a shower safely for a mobile challenged person. The beds were comfortable and the room clean. The coffee maker in the breakfast are was not working properly . I will stay in a different hotel when I visit Grinnell.
