We like the concept of the hotel and maybe when it first opened it was better, but certain aspects are now lacking. In the first room we were given, the AC unit wasn't working and didn't fit the window properly (toilet paper shoved around it). We were given a different room and this AC unit worked but the filter was filthy. My husband washed it in the sink. It also took 15 minutes to get warm water in the shower. The hotel itself is so hot and it was only low 70s outside. I can't imagine how bad it gets in the summer. The saving point is the Periodic Table which is the little bar/restaurant. Overall I would assume this hotel probably does not get many return visitors.

They gave us a loft studio and the floors creaked badly and the tiles were coming apart on the floor. Restaurant closed at 9 pm and there was no room service. For the money they charged , it was quite terrible.
