Very helpful attentive staff. Although, they are a little under staffed. The breakfast sausage and eggs were cold and they apparently had ran out of waffle mix.

We checked in around 430 in the afternoon, the receptionist assigned our room, so we went to place our suitcase in the room on the second floor, my Wife opened the door went in as far as the bathroom door and came running out. There was food around the sink area and the bed wasn't made, like someone was still staying there. So we went back to the desk and was given a suite downstairs but it wasn't ready yet so we waited. When we were told it was ready, went in and had to shut and try to lock the window but it would not and the room just wasn't up to par but again the receptionist worked with us and put us back into the original room upstairs and we were fine. I wish the pool would've been open.
