never again will i stay here

room was clean . but having a non carpeted room when peoples feet are wet set a person up to possobly fall and in the bathroom the same thing as far as in the tub put some anti skid strips down to prevents someone from falling when they get in or out( even with the handicap bar) the pool was very very cold i was chivering even when i tried to stay in and get used to the water. saw kids get out of the pool teeth chatting. was told there was a "great " breakfest by your night person, when i checked in she said when i asked about the belgian waffles " ya we have those they are the best in town" and and come to see that there was now belgian waffles a pancake making machine that makes tiny pancakes and the eggs were about the same size and they were rock hard only good thing was the cerial and yogart. parking seemed to be more handcap then anything but i did REALLY like the parking spot reserved for veterans! i will not be staying in this super 8 next time i need to stay in mason city. the room i stayed in has a fire hazard the bed was pushe dup again a wall plug where the lamp on the stand was pluged into and you can clearly tell the that fixed head board is right above it so the mattress gets pushe dright into the plug and can potentially caise a fire ( dont think you want that to happen) a booked a room that said spacious room with king bed ( no it was not ) there was no wher eto hang up and clothes on a hanger no drawers to pus any clothes in ( for an extended stay)

Room 105 looks like it has mold on the bathroom ceiling. Shower head wand hanging in shiwer. No bracket to hold ilit up.

We were there for a urgent hospital visit. The communication between staff members was terrible. They charged me for an extra person one night and that is not teue.The housekeeping tried to get in our room even after we said no to the service. Overall it was disrespectful and outrageous how one front desk lady was very rude. Too bad they sucked

From Mason City so I am familiar to the area. In Room 102, the A/C leaked onto the floor in the middle of the night. The shower curtain was bent down from the wall so the curtain would droop to the middle causing water to leak onto the floor on the side of the faucet. There was about only 10 Kleenex in the box and I ran out.

4th of July

Our stay was for 4 days. Wed-Sunday. Check in time, 3pm. Nice enough to let us check in a hour and a half earlier. We didn't have our room cleaned on Thursday. Asked for it to be cleaned on Friday. Was shocked to see it wasn't cleaned when we returned. She took the garbage and put clean towels in the bathroom and that was it.I called the desk the afternoon lady gave the impression that they were done for the day and said she didn't think they would be back the next day (SAT.) Didn't make any since.Talked to the front desk Saturday morning, told them what happened, Were here for 4 days and haven't got our room cleaned. So we finally got it cleaned the day before leaving. It is located in a convent area. Lots of stores and all. Had a great time in Clear lake IA. for the 4th of July where we spent most of our time. Surprised on where to hang your clothes and there was no Iron ?, Great water pressure and hot water !!
