However, while the area is undoubtedly a favourite with foodies, you’ll also find yourself close to pretty beaches, wonderful nature and many of the highlights of the Amalfi Coast.



This magnificent villa is set on three floors and retains an indisputable air of grandeur. It overlooks an expansive tree-fringed lawn, leading to the pool (7.26 m x 11 m, deep 1.4 - 1.8 m, available from 1/4 to 31/10) and its attractive decking area. Dine al fresco on the terrace, which has a separate shaded lounge area, or in the very charming outdoor kitchen which is equipped with cupboards, a pizza oven, sink and grill.



The open-plan living space on the ground floor is equally impressive, featuring antique furniture, huge stone archways and fireplaces and traditional Amalfi ceramics. Dine at the imposing wooden dining table (seats 12), looking out through French windows to the garden, or curl up with a book in the cosy lounge area. The atmospheric old-style kitchen has all mod cons and doors to the terrace.

• Bedroom 1: Double bed and access to terrace via French windows. Heating and a fan.

• Bathroom 1: With shower, sink, bidet, toilet and hairdryer. Adjacent to bedroom 1.

• Laundry room: washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board. Access from kitchen terrace.



First Floor (access via 25-step internal staircase)



• Bedroom 2: Double bed and two windows, one with a view of Capri. Air-conditioning/heating.

• Bathroom 2: With jacuzzi bath with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and hairdryer. Adjacent to bedroom 2.

• Bedroom 3: Single bed and desk. Heating/fan.

•Bathroom 3: With shower, sink, bidet, toilet and hairdryer. Adjacent to bedroom 3.

• Bedroom 4: Two single beds, a desk and two windows, one with a view of Capri. Air-conditioning/heating.



Second Floor (access via a narrow 12-step spiral staircase from first floor)



• Bedroom 5 with en suite bathroom: Double bed, air-conditioning/heating. Bathroom: shower, toilet and sink.

• Damage deposit 500,00 euros

•For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 60,00 Euros will be applied

• Final cleaning: 200,00 Euros

• Heating not included. If requested will be charged 70,00 Euros per day of use to be paid on site.
