Je me suis demandée si le ménage avait été fait depuis le dernier locataire. En effet, il y avait 2 rouleaux de papier toilette pratiquement vides, le gel douche dans la douche vide. Nous étions 4 personnes et le canapé lit n'était pas déplié. La couette et les oreillers étaient sous le canapé dans une sorte de tiroir mais non fermé. Avaient-ils été lavés? Matelas du canapé lit trop fin: on sentait tous les ressorts et les barres du sommier! Nous avions l'impression que la douche n'avait pas été nettoyée non plus. Quelques traces de moisissures à noter. RAS pour la chambre. Un radiateur électrique était à notre disposition car il ne faut pas toucher aux radiateurs (système collectif). Ceci est fort dommage car l'appartement a tout pour être agréable.

Appartement spacieux, bon rapport qualité/prix. Juste regrétable que pour un appartement de ce standing, il n'y ait pas de climatisation. A défaut, la double exposition permet de bien ventiler l'appartement. La VMC est un peu bruyante.
