Decepção, confundem ecológico com falta de cuidado, lâmpadas penduradas de qqer jeito, dosseu montado ao contrário (com cortinas no meio da cama), falta de manutenção geral, móveis da lagoa despencando e equipamentos antigos e até quebrados). Pagamos pela banheira porém impossível usar, ela fica em área aberta sem nenhuma proteção para garantir privacidade ou barrar o vento que é intenso na região. Fui para escutar o silêncio e fiquei escutando o som da televisão com músicas que são de gosto individual, portanto melhor não ter música alguma. A única coisa que salva é o pessoal, que até não é bem treinado mas tem boa vontade e na maioria muito agradáveis. O café é simples mas gostoso. A comida do restaurante tb é boa. Pousada cara para o que oferece, custo benefício péssimo.

Pousada Bellatrix — uma experiência lamentável.

Hospedar-se na Pousada Bellatrix foi, sem dúvida, uma das piores experiências que já vivenciamos. Para começar, não houve sequer um processo de check-in adequado. A pousada não possui recepção, o que já causa insegurança e desconforto desde a chegada. O quarto que nos foi destinado exalava um cheiro extremamente desagradável de mofo, misturado a produtos de limpeza fortes, o que acabou por desencadear uma crise asmática em minha esposa. Tentamos contato de todas as formas com a pousada: e-mails ignorados, chamadas não atendidas, um verdadeiro silêncio do outro lado. A comunicação foi inexistente. Tínhamos reserva para o feriado, de 1º a 4 de maio, mas só conseguimos chegar na sexta-feira, dia 2, já receosos com a situação. E para completar, no sábado de manhã, após um café da manhã de qualidade sofrível, decidimos que não havia condições mínimas de permanecer no local. Pagar mais de R$ 600,00 por essa experiência é inaceitável. A pousada ostenta uma nota 8.4, o que em nada condiz com a realidade. É inadmissível que uma hospedagem com tamanhos problemas esteja listada em uma plataforma confiável como a Hotéis.com. Solicitamos providências urgentes: a retirada da Pousada Bellatrix do catálogo da plataforma e, no mínimo, o estorno de 50% das diárias pagas. Alerta aos viajantes: não se hospedem lá!

Lugar horrível e sujo. HORRÍVEL!

Pior experiência de nossas vidas. Ficamos hospedados na Pousada Bellatrix, em Mata de São João, e foi a pior experiência que já tivemos com hospedagem. O local estava extremamente sujo, com quartos mal higienizados, sem toalhas, lençóis sujos, banheiros imundos e hidromassagem em péssimo estado. A estrutura prometida não condiz com a realidade: o quarto era minúsculo, sem TV, sem água quente e com energia cortada após queda de árvore. O atendimento foi inexistente, não havia recepção adequada, o restaurante não entrega comida nos chalés e o café da manhã era nojento – pratos sujos, comida ruim e desorganização total. Pagamos R$600,00 por diária e não conseguimos permanecer até o fim da reserva, abandonando a estadia por falta de condições mínimas. Chegamos no quarto não tinha toalhas, nem os lençóis haviam sido trocados. Banheiro nojento! É inadmissível que a pousada esteja anunciada com nota 8.5 e 4 estrelas no Hotéis.com, sendo que não merece nem meia estrela. Solicitamos que a pousada seja reavaliada ou retirada da plataforma para evitar que outros clientes passem pela mesma frustração. Inaceitável! Esse estabelecimento é um engodo!!!! Uma vergonha! Não vão!!!!!

Descanso em meio a muito verde, natureza plena.

Pousada em chalés individuais simples, rústicos mas aconchegantes, no meio da mata, local muito tranquilo, só o barulho das aves. O acesso e por estrada pela mata uma pequena parte de terra. Para quem quer descansar, esse é o lugar.

Ótimas férias em familia!

Pousada muito legal para casais e para familias, os quartos são bem rústicos mas muito charmosos. A estrutura do restaurante na beira da lagoa é bem legal. O pessoal da pousada e do restaurante é muito simpático, atencioso e prestativo, proporcionam um ótimo ambiente. A pousada é um pouco longe de qualquer coisa, ideal é ir de carro, mas fomos sem e é possível se locomover ou pedir delivery (farmacia, mercado) com algum esforço. Uber e taxi não são opções, mas é possível combinar com motoristas particulares que atendem bem, mas por preços salgados.

Foi ótima! Local limpo, com uma vista espectacular. Somente no checkin que nosso quarto não estava pronto , pois ainda tinha hóspede no quarto. Faltou um pouco de organização da equipe da pousada. Mas fomos muito bem recebidos.

Tive a oportunidade ímpar em visitar a Ecopousada Bellatrix.....lugar de beleza indescritível.....daquela atmosfera da latente natureza, para vc relaxar e esquecer do mundo lá fora! Me surpreendi com toda atenção e acolhimento dos funcionários. Recomendo muito viver esse lugar!
