A quiet and serene place to stay, and a good starting point to begin to explore the area. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. and rooms are sufficiently comfortable and clean. The nearest onsen is just a 5 minute walk, and there is a Lawson's about ten minutes away. Would love to come back and stay again if I visit Shirakabako again. :)

部屋からの眺めはとても良いです！内装はレトロな感じ。設備が古くトイレに暖房便座やウォシュレットなどがついていないのでそこは気になります。朝食はボリュームがあって満足しました。

ホテルと言うより昔流行ったペンションですね。値段重視で選んだので文句は言えませんが部屋の臭いは流石にキツく、その他は値段相応かと思います。

施設は古いが3 人部屋はロフトタイプで面白いレイアウトです。ベッドには電気敷布が敷いてあり寒い日でも快適な睡眠が取れる。朝食がボリュームがありまあまあおいしかった。

今度はレストランも利用したい

旅先の渋滞に何度も巻き込まれ、夜９時を回ってしまいましたホテルにあらかじめ遅くなってしまう電話をいれましたが、11時でも１２時でも大丈夫ですよ、と気遣いの言葉を掛けていただき安心しました設備に関しては、部屋のエアコンをつけて３０分後に勝手に切れてしまい。本体やリモコンを調べましたが、原因がわかりませんでした夜中に差し掛かっていたので受付に電話することもためらわれ。何も報告できずチェックアウトとなりましたごめんなさい
