Welcome to Puits Fleuri, a former Perigord farmhouse carefully restored while preserving the traditional architecture of the Périgord Noir region. The house combines authentic charm with modern comfort, making it ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a peaceful stay surrounded by nature.

The property features a large private swimming pool, spacious wooded grounds, outdoor dining areas, a barbecue, table tennis, outdoor games and a children’s play area. Everything is designed for relaxing holidays and enjoying quality time together.

Inside, the warm and comfortable living spaces are perfect for gathering after a day exploring the Dordogne or relaxing by the pool. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals for up to 9 guests. The house also offers Wi-Fi, TV with Chromecast, board games, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The bedrooms provide comfort and privacy for everyone, with several bathrooms throughout the house. Two upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned for extra comfort during the summer. Très bon séjour en Dordogne dans ce gite idéalement situé pour les decouvertes et les ballades. Problème de connexion wifi tres vite résolu par la propriétaire très reactive.A recommander même si l'accès, pour les motos, n'est pas des plus favorables (pente en graviers).
