This was an awful stay. The first room we got had no water pressure so they gave us another room. Water worked fine but then the next morning after the shower, a red bug was crawling on me. Then when I went over to the bed, there was a few more. I’m not positive that they were bed bugs, but I did get bit by something and they definitely had bugs in the beds. It was also very dirty! We left right away! And now they won’t respond for a refund. Don’t stay here!!!!

Only thing was walking into the room and there was trash in the trash can. Tv was on. Ice bucket with ice left in room. It’s like someone from staff was resting in room because bed was a mess. With remote on bed. Staff apologized and said I will be rewarded points for the inconvenience. Never received points. Hopefully owner sees this and talks to his staff about making sure room is ready to be occupied.

The Hotel itself is an excellent value. Clean. The problem was 6 am breakfast. The front desk clerk was just sitting there texting. Inattentive. Coffee was cold. We would ask for butter for waffles. She kept attentive to her smart phone. Plain rude!!!
