Somewhat satisfied.

I slept comfortably. The room was clean for the most part. The trash can in the bedroom area was not emptied. There was a used plastic fork on the table. The floor around the a/c unit was wet. A/C condensation I'm guessing. Staff was friendly.

Ok stay

It was okay if you are only needing a bed to sleep. The mattress was sunken in the middle so we didn't get much rest with how uncomfortable it was. As well as having the room right next to the exit door, it would wake me up everytime hearing people go out the door. The TV in the room didn't come with a remote to change the channel. When we went to the front desk to ask for an extra remote, we were told Maintenance would show up to the room to help. No one ever came to help. There is no fridge or microwave inside the room which is a bummer considering you pay similar prices to stay at other places that offer those amenities. When I went to use the bathroom after we came in to the room, I noticed hair in the bowl that wasn't mine or my partner's. Will not be coming back. As far as cons, the room at least smelled clean. I did like the hard tile floor.
