The minute we got there the room had chip empty bags juices pouches behind the nightstand, the remote control did nlt work. The shower tub water would not drain that made the room smell. It started to rain and the hallway roof had water and was falling apart. The pool was so dirty and could smell the clorox just by standing outside the pool area hot tub was all dirty and empty

It was a gift to my first borne son's birthday. He asked us to sleep in a hotel room so we could use the jacuzzi, a thing that he likes very much. When we got there nobody informed us the jacuzzi was not working, only told us that the elevator was not working and my room was in the third floor. Since I bought the non-refundable room I could not go anywhere. Long time story short, my son didn't enjoy his birthday as much as he would. We live in McAllen area, but still we got a hotel room in McAllen just because Ishmael wanted that as part of his birthday gift. Very sad. Plus, the breakfast didn't have option for non pork eater.

No funcionba el elvador, no nos hiceron limpieza en el cuarto, no hubo agua en el segundo dia, y las personas de la recepcion nos trataron de forma grosera y mal, me colgaron el telefono en dos ocasiones, me tube que cambiar de hotel por todos estos problemas

This is my third time staying at this property and every time the elevators are not working. I am handicap and the hotel wanted for me to stay on the 4th Floor........SERIOUSLY

Nice property. Breakfast could use some work. Bacon was limp and greasy, bagels were hard, I think the jelly was old - it had a strange taste. The beans were good and the flour tortillas were good.
