The room was full of hair not really cleaned. The moment you stepped in the door you could smell how bad it was like humid and the smell didn’t go away.

It was the worst stay ever. The elevator was not operational and the WiFi was not available as it said it had reached maximum capacity. The staff at the desk was not helpful either when as why WiFi was not working. Will never stay there again.

I was disappointed with the loud thumping and scraping noises coming from the room above mine. No earthly idea what they were doing - until 2:30 AM. At 4 AM crying baby next door started up and didn’t stop. I left at 5 AM. I was very tired and I forgot to ask for my ice packs at the desk. (No fridge in my room??) No one at the front desk to check me out. Maid entered my room but didn’t replace the soap or wash cloth. Sort of remade my bed. Not sure why they bothered. Staff was nice and tried their best to make the best of it. If this is the business model at Motel 6 I will pass in the future.
