I was never able to stay at the Residence Inn & Suites because they were overbooked when I arrived. I was sent to the SpringHill Suites on Ware Road and ended up being charged an additional $100 per night, which created financial hardship for me and my family. This was especially difficult because we were in town for my nephew’s wedding, and the last-minute change forced us to alter our plans.
