This stylish and serene 1940s bungalow has been fully remodeled and decorated by the designers/owners of The Boutique Retreat Tiny House Hotel in McMinnville.
The charming and colorful exterior welcomes guests in through the covered front entry into an upscale, sophisticated living room full of natural light pouring in through an oversized picture window overlooking the landscaped yard and quiet neighborhood.
The mix of modern and antique furnishings and decor complement the soft curves of the 1940s architecture with arched doorways, beautifully refinished hardwood floors, crystal doorknobs and designer light fixtures. Our vintage / glam bungalow provides an inviting atmosphere where guests can relax after a fun day of wine tasting and get cozy in a tranquil environment close to all the restaurants, tasting rooms and breweries downtown, but just far enough away to escape from the traffic and congestion. Its central location (less than 1 mile to McMinnville's historic Third Street) gives it a high Walk Score of 81 (very walkable).
Our beautiful bungalow comfortably accommodates a maximum of 4 people with 2 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with modern stainless-steel appliances, a full bathroom, laundry room and shaded outdoor spaces for relaxing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
