My work was cancelled at the time of my reservation. I wasn’t able to cancel my reservation 5 days before my expected stay. I will not book this hotel the next time I’m in Mechanicsburg! The manager never returned my call. The desk support was not helpful.

This is an old property that has not been very well taken care of. The walls were dirty and the door placards were screwed onto the wall because the glue stopped working. The elevator was sketchy. At 11pm and 7am we were woken up by what sounded like there was a jack hammer next to our room. The front desk staff said “Everyone says that but it’s just our water pressure. Someone must have been taking a shower. It does that”. Staff were very kind but despite the hotel’s name, it was not “Comfort-able”.

Room was dusty, smelled very dusty…. floor was dirty. Carpets are old and dirty. It hadnt been vacuumed. Everything was old and dirty. No sound proofing and we could hear our neighbours watching TV early at 7am every day. Lights were all dusty. there were no pillows only cushions. A couple of cushions smelled dirty and looked yellowed. Front check-in, there were 2 ladies. 1 of them was rude, gave us incorrect information, and didn’t even apologize for it. Didn’t acknowledge me even when i spoke to her by looking directly at her. The gentleman who worked the breakfast area was the only nice staff remember we saw. Hotel is old on the inside, gym room has no disinfectant to wipe down handles. The 1 weight machine there, was broken. It was not a fitness room you could use. Overall would not recommend this place or this hotel chain.

The hotel is visibly worn and overdue for cosmetic upgrades. It was a place to sleep. Breakfast was adequate. If you are on a tight budget then this place works, but set your expectations accordingly.

Beautiful and very clean hotel with a kitchen and living room with gas fireplace. I think the bed was a little too hard for my comfort but overall it was a great hotel and I would go back.

Not much variety for breakfast. Night attendant apparently cook too. Front desk second shift woman helpful. Room and shower walls not very clean. Coffee in room but no tray to insert into coffee maker. Food options within walking distance.

First the staff are extremely friendly and helpful upon check in and check out. At breakfast one of the employees (manager?) asked us how we were doing, how our stay was going, and thanked us for staying there. That was really nice and shows that they care about the guests. The room was clean but did have an issue with the shower. The spout and temperature control could literally pull out of the wall and when you adjusted the temperature from cold to hot, the pipes would vibrate in the wall. Other than that everything was good with the room. Price, location, and staff were great. Would stay again.

This hotel is horrible. It is not clean, the breakfast food is inedible, and the staff, especially Rodney Young, are very unfriendly. We had water leaking from our bathroom into the room below us and they gave me the run around and when I spoke to Rodney Young about it, he accused me of lying and was yelling at me. Spend your money at another establishment.
