Unique setting in what feels more like an apartment than a hotel room. Rooms were comfortable (some have two stories and are connected with an inside staircase), but there is minimum space for luggage and closets.

Overall the staff are so courteous, the place is a relaxing place to stay with armonios environment. Confortable bedrooms and also has the facility to wash clothes whenever needed, and they also gives you the laundry detergent with no need to spend on it. I definitively will return.

The room was clean. I just had an issue with the door going to the balcony and it was fix right away. The personal at the reception (Daniel) was very helpful from the moment we arrived and so was the bellman. The only thing I wouldn't advice on is to add breakfast to the stay. The variety is minimum, and the service takes forever. There are many other places you could go and enjoy Colombian food.
