It was loud, but where do you think you are? It’s loud everywhere. Weekends are worse but mid week was fine. The hotel is clean, convenient and the staff friendly. Rooms were great and we love the kitchen and semi-outdoor bathrooms.

This hotel is situated in an up and coming area in the neighborhood of El Poblato. The streets around the intersection are lined with restaurants and champagne brunch spots. Our room was basically a studio apartment on the fourth floor and came with a full kitchen, panoramic windows with tropical plants on the surrounding ledge, and an open air shower and toilet. The bed was comfortable and air conditioner was cold when needed. There is a brunch restaurant open on the first floor and also a roof top restaurant, both with a wide selection of delicious food. Some negatives are the street and construction noise as there are building sprouting up around the hotel, but the noise subsides at night. Very affordable room in a great location. If you’re expecting Expedia Gold perks, we didn’t receive free breakfast or early checkin but there are plenty of affordable options everywhere. They did allow us to store our luggage near the front desk while waiting for our room.

Open air concept for toilet and shower area both delightful and disappointing. Large planters with plants provide excellent privacy, however a bit of nature (insects) were also present. Plumbing issue with shower drain was not address during 1 week stay. Staff was absolutely as friendly as could be. Room service (cleaning) was top notch with luxurious linens and a very welcoming bed. We were on the 4th floor. Lots of street noise early in evening even with windows closed.

Smack in the center of action in Poblado, yet quiet at night. Room kinda felt like a studio apartment, very comfortable. Never saw housekeeping as unlike in every other hotel, they never knocked at the crack of dawn when I was still sleeping, they just came when I left and the room was clean when I returned in the afternoon. The location is amazing, highly recommend a stay here!

Excellent location and my room was spotless. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful even with my limited spanish skills. The restaurant served brunch, vegetarian dishes all day long. What a treat! Special shout out to Paula and Valencia!

I stayed in Room 202 on the second floor—just one floor above the restaurant and street—and unfortunately, I could hear everything. Conversations from downstairs, the constant passage of trucks, buses, and motorcycles—it was nonstop noise, day and night. Sound insulation is clearly lacking, and it made it hard to rest or relax. The hotel should consider installing noise-proof windows. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was the rooftop, which looked great in the photos and was a deciding factor for me. But when I arrived, I found it completely closed for remodeling with no prior notice. That was a major disappointment. Overall, the experience didn’t match expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this property unless they address the noise issues and communicate major facility closures in advance.
