Wifi, A king bed not a queen in room bathroom. Hot tub in the bedroom. Right by Parque Poblado. Liberal guest policy as long as they have ID. Elevator not stairs here......5 blocks from lleras..... Yo Do not need to Pre-register your guests. There is no charge for having people at your apartment. We rent to adults. We ask for two things. Ask your guests for ID. 2) Do not use oil on the bedding.

Lack of communication
The number one problem is the noise , there is a club that shares the apartment building and you will not be able to sleep at all. Also there is a phone on the wall that rings and is hooked to the next apartment that will ring all types of hours. The communication between you and the person that manages the apartments will be horrible because he has to call several people just to have a person meet you to check in.

Cuando llegamos nadiie nos recibio a pesar de que le avise cuando salia del aeropuerto hacia Medellin, cuando sali del aeropuerto hacia la propiedad y cuando llegue
Nunca contesto los mensajes enviados el chofer que nos llevo lo llamo ynunca nos contesto
