The staff member who checked me in was friendly and professional, which I appreciated. However, the bathroom cleanliness was disappointing—there were dirty towels left on top of the tub and shower faucet, which made the space feel unclean. The area could also use a thorough bleach cleaning, as there appeared to be some mold. Attention to detail in housekeeping would greatly improve the experience.

Definitely not a great stay. Bathroom was dirty, sink was dirty, fridge was disgusting. Paid extra for a delux room. I’m horrified to think what a regular room would have been like. We often stay in hotels for travel. This is definitely on our list of never again

Always appreciate that my animals can stay free of charge. The beds were comfortable and clean. Behind the furniture wasn’t so sparkly, but it wasn’t intolerable. I’m not super picky, but I did notice that the walls in the bathroom were dirty (directly across from the toilet). The staff were super nice and accommodating.
