While we got somewhat of a late checkout after arriving at 1AM the night before, when we asked for an additional 1/2 hour the lady on the night shift rudely said No,No,No. Then 1 minute after our checkout time MyPlace pounded and pounded on the door just as we were leaving. We used to like to stay there. No more. Too rude.

Staff was great. Each room has a kitchen, however to my surprise there were no pots, pans, plates, utensils...nothing. usless kitchen other than the fridge. Had to pay cash for snacks, beds were like sleeping on a pile of rocks covered by a sheet, shower water temp would randomly go scalding hot, then barely warm... room cleaning once every 4 days no gym. But the staff was nice and the rooms were clean. For $20 per night more, should have stayed at the Marriott
