This my 6th stay at a My Place Hotel. I keep coming back because I get all the basic things I need, the rooms are always clean, and I love having the full sized fridge in the room. The staff is always nice and welcoming. The beds are very comfortable and the price is excellent.

Reserved a two queen room and was told the hotel was overbooked, glitch in system. Instead, I was assigned a king room which was horrible and not what i reserved one month prior. Then I was told I could be walked over to the Doubletree Tree Hotel down the street and pay for their room at $224, when Spring Hill Suites was unwilling to credit me. The Front Desk Manager was incredibly rude and dispectful, unwilling to assist. Zero customer service skills. The room had crumbs on the couch, bathroom towels were dirty and there was hair in the sink. I was at the hotel for a business meeting and it left me in a total disgrace for why I ever made a reservation there. I have communicated with the General Manager to date with no rectification or resolve.

It was a comfortable room, but the things needed for the kitchen were missing. They explained why but they should say that you need to supply pots and pans if you want to cook. Oh, plates and silverware too. 😆 but overall it was a nice room.
