The Plaza is a kind and convenient stay in Ashland. Staff are friendly and efficient and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Having the room closest to the spa was a little noisy, and the room could use more lighting options. Otherwise, it’s terrific value for a location so close to downtown and OSF.

The website didn't mention the hot tub, so be sure to pack your swimsuit!! The only negative for us was the frig froze our fruits & veggies!! 😭 (yes, we turned down/up the temp to compensate)

The location was extremely close to the downtown area, which was great for us as we were down there specifically for the Cabaret shows. It was wonderfully walkable and in a very quiet area. They had a pretty nice breakfast with a bit more variety than others we've had in Ashland, but the beds were extremely uncomfortable for us. That is probably the main issue we had with the location overall: just the beds. Overall I'd recommend this hotel!

We have been staying at Plaza Suites for at least 15 years now . This trip the hot water in the shower was regulated so that we could not get really hot water. The shower regulator was stopped at half way! I know there was hot enough water because the sink water got hot enough!After a long day a nice hot shower is what I look forward too. Also no pen and pad ! This cheapness is not up to your formally welcoming standards I will think twice about staying at the Plaza suites now.

Nice hotel for the price

Friendly staff. Breakfast supplies didnt come in due to weather so breakfast was limited. Mattresses were wore out but the rooms were in good condition. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back.
