Misrepresented by VRBO
The photos of the home were not accurate accurate and we could not enjoy the outdoors at all. It was covered in tall weeds. Screens were missing on several of the windows, there is a cigarette burn in one of the bedroom comforters and absolutely very minimal serving dishes, pots and pans, etc. This was listed as a luxurious property. Terribly misrepresented. There were no directions in the house providing instruction for the TV’s, thermostat, oven, etc. the pictures did not show ANY stairs which were required to clim in and out of the home inside and out. This made it very difficult for one our guests recovering from surgery.
