Room was much smaller than we thought it would be. Bar staff were great but serving staff were insouciant. Had to call for room service at 330pm because our room had not been serviced. Our 3rd stay here, so we lnow the Olsen well. Just not up to par this time.

Run down, 3 star service, restaurant breakfast very ordinary but I will give them full marks on excellent coffee. It’s a great central location but it’s expensive for what you get. The pool was grubby and very little atmosphere and the gym was let go and dirty, disorganised and no water in the gym the whole time.

The welcome drink, free lollies, ice pops. lol amazing. Loved the room, so handy for self catering, clean modern room. Only drawback the view but nothing that can be done about a block of flats opposite lol. Just make sure you pull down the privacy blind. Unless you want to give a free show. Whatever floats yah boat ! Pool looked great but was a bit chilly when we were there so didn’t use it . Great location, not too far from South yara station and only 2 stops from flinders station. And free transit for December and January beacause of the metro west tunnel opening! Will defo stay there again.
