Apartment had comfortable beds, bathroom functional, good range of kitchen equipment, quite well sound proofed. Airconditioner was very noisy. Street apartment located in was lined with either properties being built or derelict buildings, with some questionable characters around after dark.
The check-in took too long. The room was prepaid but we still had to wait too long between signing in and getting the keys. Perhaps 10 minutes of your person looking at a screen and frowning. After that everything was great! Thanks!
Comfy bed, quiet room and friendly staff. Also great location - I look forward to staying again!
room was fantastic everything i needed and so clean all the staff were friendly at reception desk and nothing was a trouble to them and a great location
Great location and everything in the apartment was very comfortable. Cleanliness wasn't great though, the carpets need a good steam clean and floors weren’t vacuumed all that well. Also felt very rushed through at check in and I was the only one there. Otherwise everything else was great.
Hotel staff very helpful. Only issue was car parking... Only valet option or nearby car parks which are pricey.
Liked: friendly service, clean, location, amenities, facilities. No dislikes
Overall a great place to stay close to central Melbourne with a variety of restaurants and take away's in close proximity. Bathroom's could do with an upgrade (bigger vanity and mirror), door between main bedroom and bathroom very noisy to open and close. Better lighting in bathroom for ladies to ...
Loved everything and had no issues at all. 10/10 location; quiet; comfort and staff. Couldn’t fault it
Within walking distance to Southbank and Crown which is why I picked it, I don't think you should pay extra for parking, the room rate is high enough
Ordered a newspaper for each morning, but only one arrived. The lobby bar doesn't serve Carlton Draught beer - the real beer for Aussies
Property was fantastic, staff were brilliant and very helpful, room was lovely and clean and location was exceptional
You’re the type of person who wants to be right in the middle of it all, but still have your own space. You want to be able to take care of everything yourself, but also get plenty of R&R. Well, holiday rentals in Melbourne are ready to roll out the welcome mat. We mean that literally—they probably do have a welcome mat. It’s all those little things that will make you fall in love with this type of accommodation, and with Melbourne itself. Once you’ve stayed in a holiday rental, you’ll wonder why you ever stayed anywhere else.
Melbourne holiday houses have everything you could need in a place to stay, along with several things you probably never even thought you needed. Towels and linens? Check. Cooking utensils? Check. Dog treats for the pupper? Well, you might want to bring your own to your pet-friendly holiday house, just in case. (He’s a picky little prince anyway, right?) But otherwise you’re good to go. You might even find some games for the little ones, if you’re bringing the family along.
If you are bringing the kids, don’t let that dissuade you from looking for the finer things. Luxury is the name of the game in Melbourne, and house accommodation is no different. Sure, it should feel like a home away from home—but more like a really fancy home, where you don’t have to worry about cleaning or mowing the lawn. Yes, it’s as great as it sounds.
Make your next getaway truly your own. We’ve got plenty of holiday accommodation in Melbourne with your name on it, so pack up your favourite books, wine and that playlist of summer hits from 2003. It’s your time to shine.
