Immensely convenient surroundings. We're situated just off the corner of Elizabeth & Franklin St at Franklin Lofts, only a short walk to Queen Victoria Market, RMIT or Melbourne Central station with access to everything all under the one roof.
You're only a short stroll away from QV, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, Chinatown, Swanston St and more.
Great boutique bars, cafes and attractions around the area.

Getting Around:
Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.
If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop at the corner of Elizabeth & La Trobe St, just a 5min walk away from us.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on Elizabeth St if you would like to head out of the city.
If you plan to take a train, the Melbourne Central railway station is just a 6min walk away from us.
If you drive, we have secured 1 FREE parking for you.

This apartment accommodates 4 adults comfortably, with a maximum of 6 overnight. An additional AU$29 per night will be charged for each extra guest over 4.

Great location, very short walk to Queen Vic Markets, Chinatown etc, easy access to trams (within free tram zone on one side of block and 1 stop outside free tram zone on other side of block). Super easy to get around. Easy apartment for families - good heating in winter, comfy beds, full kitchen, off street car park, great communication throughout and smooth check in and check out process.
