Property was beautiful and clean. Everything was excellent even breakfast. The only proper was that they only have one elevator working. The wait wasn’t as bad and the hotel was packed due to a lot of us cruising.

Weekend visit

The room was spacious and fairly comfortable. The sleeper sofa was a little hard to sit on. I did like the drape partition between sitting area and bed. The A/C worked well and wasn't noisy. Good choices available for breakfast.

We actually booked a stay nearby that turned out to be a scam. We just searched for a hotel with availability near by and found home2. We booked at 10 pm and upon arrival were immediately checked in and asked about needed changes since we had two young children. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. The room was well beyond anything we were expecting! A dishwasher, sink, silverware…etc. very grateful for this hotel!

I loved your property and the room worked well with traveling with my elderly father. He was able to have his own privacy in the living room with the pull-out bed while me and husband had the bedroom. The complimentary breakfast was the best! I also appreciated that we were able to use the bbq grill to prepare our meals. Your place was definitely a home away from home.

Very spacious room, but no carpet anywhere, so it was hard to get comfortable. There were also bright lights right outside the room/bedroom portion. The room had blackout shades, but they didn't block out all the light, so it was like having a police raid right outside the hotel. The other guests at breakfast were rude and obnoxious; that's not the hotel's fault per se, but this is the second time in two years we stayed there, and it was the same situation last time. A bunch of traveling baseball families seem to use that hotel as a base, and they are a bunch of loud, entitled jerks. It might be the same at the other hotels in the area, but it definitely is at the Home2 Suites in Viera. They also couldn't seem to keep their breakfast buffet stocked, which made the aforementioned blowhards even more insufferable. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and spacious, but the issues I mentioned make me hesitant to stay there again.
