Small rooms. We checked in late at night, and systems were down, so it wasn't a smooth check in. during the stay, the alarms went off several times, which was NOT pleasant at all. Not a great stay and definitely not great for family stays IMO - Rooms are too small. Couple would be fine.

Two rooms were booked for business trip. One of the rooms kept having problems with the AC being not working for at least four nights out of the five nights. The same room had problem with the phone and did not replace despite the hotel agreed to do the replacement. Upon checking out, the front staff worked very slow, allowing many luggages left for storage and pickup later by guests being scattered at the lobby, causing risk of them being stolen. The breakfast buffet included in the room rate was lovely.

We stayed here for an affordable option near the Convention Centre. Easy 10 min walk, right in the heart of Dockland. Clean, quiet, food options but didn’t try them.

The room was clean & overall lovely as it was a car room & the window views were lovely. Trouble is the noise from outside even with being on floor 3 the cars and general noises outside were so relevant. The fridge had milk in it but nothing else no water no cans of drink nothing. I rang room service but no answer so rang reception as was wanting to order a glass of wine. They said it was an extra $5 to bring it up to the room so I said I would come down and get it & they said to go to the bar area and it will be ready for you. I waited and waited as no one at the bar so I went to the reception area and finally someone came back to the bar and then they were giving me a bottle and I said no a glass! Later that night I ordered room service and there was no problem there. The creme brûlée was Devine and I could have eaten three of them. I must say though before I even stayed at the Hotel Indigo in Melbourne City I had sent messages to them to ask about parking and the fact I need to be able to get into the room before 3pm as the wedding I had to attend was 4.30pm a block away in the city but no-one ever came back to me regarding this & no-one helped me to attend the wedding on time. The story gets worse and I did not make the wedding as I am disabled and it was horrific what happened to me on the way to the wedding. Other than all of this the hotel room was lovely and clean and comfortable. Had to ask for a hair dryer though as it was missing .
