A less than 10 minute walk to Pearse’s beach and a 5 minute drive to Blairgowrie Village to explore all that the peninsula has to offer… swim, surf, restaurants, spa’s wineries, walks and so much more!
The open-plan kitchen, dining, and main living areas are located at the rear of the house, encapsulated by native tea trees, making it an ideal space for entertaining with family and friends.
The master bedroom, complete with an ensuite and a quaint garden courtyard view is positioned at the front of the home. Adjoining this is a generous lounge with front deck access, including a billiard table for great indoor/outdoor entertaining. This space can be exclusively enjoyed independent of main living areas.

Great family getaway

Perfect place for our friends and kids to stay for the Easter long weekend. A nice walk to the shops for coffee's in the morning and a great kitchen and bbq for our evening meals. Would happily book this house again.
