The pool are is above par, however, the carpet in the corridor on our level had flood or weather damage, the air conditioner system out our window was noisy all night, the staff were not as attentive or invested in their explaining as I would like. Overall not a 5 star hotel as marketed and charged. $580.00 per night in off season I would at least like to have a hotel receptionist give me directions to my room or have someone offer to help with my partners bags.
